This was painted by Nove as part of one of the 68 panels of the ‘Open Air Museum of Urban Art‘ in São Paulo. The project came about after the arrest of 11 artists in April this year at the same location. The initiative is a partnership with artists and the Palace of Arts of Sao Paulo and is suppoted by the Brasilian Secretary of State for Culture.

As promised in the first Os Gemeos post by Window Seat, here is more of Window Seat’s fantastic Os Gemeos street art photography:

Os Gemeos are the identical twins Otávio and Gustavo Pandolfo, born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1974. Their work often features yellow-skinned characters – taken from the yellow tinge both of the twins have in their dreams.
Window Seat is a São Paulo-based photographer, and passionate about the relationship between street art and big cities.
